If you’re looking for something compact and cozy, the Allegheny might be your perfect fit. While this villa has the smallest footprint we offer, its open design connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas—making the most of every square foot.
Make Your Villa Your Own
Once you choose a villa, you’ll head to our design center to meet our Design and Move-in Coordinator and make your flooring, paint, and other included selections. You can also choose to invest in a variety of premium options, from upgraded appliances to select cabinetry. We’ll take care of all remodeling before you move in.
