Now that you’ve done your research, it’s time to experience the full Woodcrest Villa lifestyle. Schedule an appointment with our Senior Living Counselor to see if our campus is right for you. Dine with us, wander the nature trails, chat with your soon-to-be neighbors, and soak in the energy of our thriving senior living retirement community.

Our team will work with you to truly understand your hopes, dreams, and plans for the future so we can continue those post-move. You’ll also tour the available villas or apartments that catch your eye. Need a fresh coat of paint and new carpets? Done. Want a full-blown renovation with custom cabinetry, countertops, and flooring? We’ve got you covered. This is your home—we’re just here to bring your vision to life.

All units come with different customization options, and certain upgrades will require an additional fee. Talk to your Move-In Coordinator to see what’s included in yours (but more on that later).

#3. Apply For Senior Living

Ready to make it official? Download the application from our website and fill in your details. We’ll need information about your personal history and finances to ensure Woodcrest Villa is the perfect fit. Once you’re approved, we’ll finalize the paperwork and get ready to welcome you home.

#4. Choose Your Move-In Plan

If you’re ready to relocate now, you can contact us to see what apartments and villas are currently available. Otherwise, we offer three entry programs so you can plan your move at your own pace.

• Waitlist: When you join our traditional waitlist for senior housing, you’ll get a call when one of the residences you’re interested in becomes available. This is good for those who are not ready to commit just yet. Most people wait between two and three years, but times can vary.
• Fast Track: Speed things up with our Fast Track program to help you move in sooner than folks on the regular waitlist. Typically, you can find your dream home in one to three years.
• Early Advantage Program: This program is perfect for those who choose to remain in their homes, but would like the peace of mind for care in the future.

#5. Customize Your Home

Once your contract is officially signed, it’s time to make your new space feel as good as your old one. Work with our Move-In Coordinator to add those finishing touches. Each unit comes with different customization options, like paint color, flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Anything not included can be upgraded for an additional fee. Everything will be completed before move-in, so your new home is ready from day one.
